The short version: try the full ritual. If your evenings don't feel different, we'll refund the kit.

The 60-Night Promise

Every Ashiyu Ritual Kit is covered by our 60-Night Promise. Use the pods, run the ritual, give it a real chance. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us at support@ashiyuritual.com within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund your full purchase price — even if you've used every pod. Keep the pouch.

To start a refund, write to support@ashiyuritual.com from the email used at checkout with your order number. No return shipment is required for used kits. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice. No return needed.

Unopened returns

Changed your mind before opening? You may return unopened kits within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact support@ashiyuritual.com for the return address. Return shipping for unopened, non-defective items is at the customer's expense.

Bundles

Refunds on multi-kit bundles are calculated on the full bundle price paid. The 60-Night Promise applies to the bundle as a whole.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us and we'll chase it down.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
