Products & use

Ashiyu products are cosmetic bath products intended for external use only. Follow the instructions included with your kit. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest.

Wellness disclaimer: statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. References to published research describe the science of thermoregulation generally, not clinical claims about our product. If you are pregnant, nursing, diabetic, have circulatory or skin conditions, or any medical concern, consult your physician before use.

Orders & billing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues); if we cancel, you'll be refunded in full. You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and account information. Prices are in USD and may change without notice; changes never affect orders already placed.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep product information accurate, but we don't warrant that all content is error-free. Colors of the pods and packaging may vary slightly from photos.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, images, logos, product names including "ASHIYU", "Thermal Downshift", and "Evening Pod" — is our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
