Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Cost

Free standard shipping on every US order. No minimums, no codes.

At checkout you can also choose Insured Shipping ($2.99): if your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we ship a free replacement — no investigation wait, no questions asked. Just email support@ashiyuritual.com with your order number (and a photo, if damaged).

Timing

• Processing: orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays).
• Delivery: your order arrives within 5–8 business days of purchase (processing included).
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Order changes & address errors

Need to change your address or cancel? Email support@ashiyuritual.com as soon as possible — we can usually catch an order before it ships. Once an order is in transit, we can't redirect it. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we'll reship it once at no charge.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7+ days or a delivered package never arrived, contact support@ashiyuritual.com within 30 days of the ship date. We'll open an investigation and send a replacement or a refund.
